Delivery areas

TARKET delivers within selected serviceable areas across West Bengal, India. Serviceability is shown in the app based on your delivery location. We are steadily expanding our coverage, so areas not currently served may become available over time.

Delivery hours

Orders are accepted and delivered daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Orders placed outside these hours are processed when service resumes.

Estimated delivery timelines

We aim to deliver orders promptly within serviceable areas. Delivery timelines shown in the app are estimates and may vary based on your location, order size, demand and operational conditions. The estimated time for your order is displayed at checkout and updated through live order tracking.

Delivery charges

Applicable delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary depending on order value, distance and current conditions. Any minimum order value or fee will be displayed before payment.

Customer responsibility — accurate address

It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information at the time of ordering. Please ensure your delivery address, landmark and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order. TARKET is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or unreachable address details.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, festivals, local events or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed through order updates and to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Failed delivery attempts

To complete delivery, please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and that you are available to receive the order. If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or access is not possible, our team will attempt to contact you. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned, and any applicable refund will be handled in line with our Refund Policy.
