Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled, which orders cannot be cancelled, and how refunds are handled after a cancellation. It should be read together with our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

When you can cancel

You can cancel an order before it has been packed and dispatched for delivery. As soon as you decide to cancel, please do so promptly through the app or by contacting support, so we can stop processing before dispatch.

Non-cancellable orders

Cancellation may not be possible for:

  • Orders that have already been packed and dispatched for delivery.
  • Orders that are out for delivery or already delivered.
  • Certain perishable or time-sensitive items once preparation or packing has begun.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or missing item, do not cancel — instead, report it within 1 hour of delivery with proof via WhatsApp under our Refund Policy.

Refunds after cancellation

If you cancel an eligible prepaid order before dispatch, any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, with the time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. For cash-on-delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no charge applies.
